Fees

Before I agree to work with you, I will require that you sign a retainer agreement that explicitly states which services I will provide.  I require a $100.00 retainer.  Any unused portion is returned to you. 

My research and cemetery visit/photography fees are $25.00/per hour plus expenses.  Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.

Up to 10 digital photographs on a CD  $25.00 (Includes postage).  Archival prints from a digital photograph depend on size.  You will be charged my actual cost plus 15% to cover my time and expenses in securing the prints, as well as postage.

I will retain the copyright to any original work that I create (e.g., web pages, electronic data files, cemetery transcriptions).

You may not use any of the information that I provide you  or that I create for you for commercial purposes.  If you publish your family tree online, you must give credit where credit is due, and list me in your references.  I make every effort to authenticate the information I obtain.  If information cannot be authenticated, I will indicate such.
